We started with a problem we kept seeing in our own patients.
Pharmacist Formulations was founded by the clinical pharmacists at Revelation Pharma - a network of compounding pharmacies built on the belief that every patient deserves custom care built for their unique needs.
Day after day, our pharmacists were seeing patients who were doing everything right: eating well, exercising, working with their doctors. But they were also spending real money on supplements that weren't doing anything — because the formulas were underdosed, the ingredients were in forms the body can't absorb, or the quality simply wasn't there.
Sub-potent supplements don't just waste money. They waste time, erode trust, and leave people thinking "supplements don't work" when really, the supplement they tried just wasn't good enough.
That gap frustrated our team. So we did something about it.
